After placing an order : If your order has not passed the "appraisal in progress" stage, you may change your delivery address by contacting our customer service at +33 1 83 62 49 86 (Monday-Friday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM). For logistical reasons, if your order has already passed this stage, we are unable to change your delivery address.

  • You purchased your item(s) from a professional seller you may return your item(s) for any reason within 14 days.
  • Please note that your are responsible for the shipping fees for any item(s) returned.

If you are interested in a product but the price seems too high, you have the ability to negotiate by offering a lower price. Just click on the box "Make an offer" located on the right of the ad. You can then enter the desired price and "checkout". Please make a reasonable offer. Your offer has a lower chance of being accepted by the seller if it is less than 20% of the selling price. In order to validate your offer, a credit card imprint is required. We put a hold on the amount that you've offered and will only charge your card in the event the seller accepts your offer. Please note that paying in installments is not available for this type of transaction. By submitting an offer you are agreeing to purchase the item if the seller accepts your offer. If the seller declines your offer, the hold will be released from your card.

How to submit a question regarding an item?

If you are interested in an item and have a question that cannot be answered in the description, you may ask the seller for more information. In order to do so, click on «Ask a question about this item», (on the right hand side of the screen, right by the price). Write you question and click «Submit». After moderation, your question will be transferred to the seller. The seller's response will be sent to you via e-mail and is visible in «My Account», under « Answers to my questions ».

Purchase with confidence!

InstantLuxe.com acts as middle man between the buyer and the seller. When you make a purchase, your money is locked in an escrow account with the Bank. Once the seller validates the sale and sends the item(s) to InstantLuxe.com, it is then authenticated and inspected by independent experts. We submit the payment to the seller seven days after the buyer receives the package. This seven day delay is to avoid any disputes between the two parties.

In the event where the seller does not validate the sale or we do not approve the product, we issue a full refund (including shipping fees).

  • Shipping fees are paid by InstantLuxe.com (for residents of the French metropolitan and for leather goods, accessories,jewellery and watches less than 5 000 €), if your item is shipped within 48 hours of being sold using e-Chronopass (postmarked). After 48 hours, the shipping label is still valid however, the shipping and insurance fees(15,00 €) are at your charge.
  • If your item(jewellery or watches) is more than5 000 €, the shipping fees are at your charge. InstantLuxe.com recommends that you ship via Colissimo using the option Declared value or by Chronopost adding the insurance (Ad valorem). These two couriers assure safe shipping for packages with a value of 20 000 €.
  • The independent experts verify the conformity to the description and the authenticity of the item.
  • If the item is deemed authentic, you will receive your payment on your InstantLuxe.com wallet in your customer accountthe Monday following a delay of 7 days from the reception of the parcel from the buyer. The InstantLuxe.com commission is already deducted from the sales price.

For jewellery, high end jewels that are not branded are accepted. The InstantLuxe.com team reserves the right to refuse any ad listed by sellers, or to accept certain luxury items.

Listing an ad is completely free. Your profit will be indicated once you list your ad. The profit is the sales price of the item minus the commission charged by InstantLuxe.com. The commission ranges between 8% and 30% of the selling price. The expert fees of 25 € are added to either the buyer's price or deducted from the seller's gain.

Created by InstantLuxe.com, The Luxury Price Guide is the first guide to assist in pricing second hand (leather goods) luxury items. Due to its success, we have now incorporate watches, jewellery and accessories.

This unique guide helps our customers estimate the right selling price for their item(s). By using this service, our customers increase their chances to make a sale. It also helps buyers be aware of the prices for certain items. For every item, you will see two prices, the retail price on the right and the sales price (according to its condition) on the left. You also have the option to read about the history of the model and brand.

A quick, simple and intuitive guide: Select a brand, category, model, material and size. Specify the attributes and its condition using the available options. The retail price and recommended selling price will both be displayed.

Want to know the recommended selling price on a product but its not listed in The Luxury Price Guide? This guide is constantly evolving; feel free to contribute. Payments on InstantLuxe.com

Every payment made using a credit card, Visa, MasterCard or American Express, is processed using the secured system of Payline (from Monext). The number 1 payment system for e-commerce in France and a subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa. InstantLuxe.com also utilizes the 3D secure device, which aims to enhance the security of online payments by means of authenticating the card holder. If your bank is enrolled in the 3D Secure program, you will be asked at checkout for an additional security code. The code differs depending on your banking institution. It will either be a permanent code that you received in advance from your bank for online purchases (password, date of birth, ect). Or you will receive a single-use code on your mobile phone.

In the event that you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note in your mailbox with the phone number of the post office to recuperate your item(s). The seller is exempt from shipping fees (for residents of the French metropolitan) if the item is sent to InstantLuxe.com within 48 hours (postmarked) after receiving the e -mail confirmation of the sale. After this period, the fees (shipping and insurance) will be deducted15,00 € from the seller's profit. This offer is not valid for watches and jewellery that cost more than 5 000 €. In this case, the fees are paid by the seller.

InstantLuxe.com recommends that you ship your item(s) via Colissimo with the option Declared value or via Chronopost with the optional insurance Ad valorem. These two methods insure you item up to 20 000 €.

Cancellation of a transaction

Our Quality Control team along with our independent experts maticulously verify the conformity and authenticity of every item sold. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item if:

  • You purchased your item(s) from a non-professional seller, you may return your item only if it is not conform to the seller's description or if there are defects present that were not stipulated in the ad. If this is the case, you have 7 days to return the item to InstantLuxe.com.
  • You purchased your item(s) from a professional seller you may return your item(s) for any reason within 14 days.
  • Please note that your are responsible for the shipping fees for any item(s) returned.
